BASS1600 - Awesome Product!

I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I purchased the BASS1600 to put in the back of my 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ to add some more low end since it is lacking significantly with my current setup (my fellow TJ owners will know exactly what I mean). If you are looking for something that fills in the lower portion of audio that setups without a subwoofer really lack, and you are on a tight budget, then this is definitely the option for you! After installing the subwoofer in the back of my Jeep I’m very happy with the outcome, especially when I only paid $120! After about a month or so I will post an update after further testing, but so far I am very pleased!

Great little sub/amp combo for the price

Great little sub/amp combo for the price. Not a window rattled, but works great in my truck cab. Installation was fairly straight forward, tunes easy enough and has good mid-low bass.

Amazed.

Amazed.Wasn't expecting much from this but WoW.Easy to tune , and the sound.....pretty phenomenal.Loose booming bass to tight and punchy (especially kick drums)It's like getting a massge when I drive anywhere (lol).It mixes in great with my Kenwood 6.5's and Kicker 4x10's (in my 2001 Chevy S-10).The remote is wonderful once you get the sub dialed in.It enables me to get the perfect blend for all genres of music.This is one great product from BOSS (at least)Only gripe is the lights.I put electric tape over the remote because it is blinding and I just don't like the light on the sub.I'm all about sound , not flash and flare.

easy install good (but small) amount of bass

easy to install. not tremendous bass but puts a nice amount of bass in the air. great for anyone looking for a little boom to their music but not shake the other cars around you.

Seems to be really weak below 50hz. I did ...

Seems to be really weak below 50hz. I did not expect it to rattle windows I was just looking for fill as my door speakers are only 5 1/4". It seemes tuned to 120hz. Try anouther brand.
