Great purchase!!
The best walking aids I’ve found in the 45 years of having a handicapped leg.It has been very hard to get an aerobic workout in. With these forearm crutches I have the stability I need to walk at a pace suitable for exercise. They are designed in a way that does not put pressure on my shoulders. I’m feeling better than I have in years. And am finally looking forward to being able to get back into life!Highly recommend this product!!

Definitely Worth It
These are so much easier on my hypermobile elbows and wrists than regular forearm crutches. They are adjustable to suit individual needs and the galaxy colors add some fun to boot. Using these crutches has helped me regain some mobility on my worst days.

Comfortable, sturdy, well-made crutches
Like many others here I have EDS, with its associated ligament laxity and frequent injuries. I recently injured my foot and was prescribed regular crutches, but they were hard to use due to arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and ligament laxity in my hands. I ordered my smartCRUTCHes and they were delivered quickly, and I was able to use them to get around until I got my foot stabilized again. They are much easier to use than my regular underarm crutches, they are very sturdy and I feel secure when I use them.At one of my medical appointments, the technician I was working with commented on how nice the crutches were - he has worked in vocational rehab and was very impressed. I haven't had them very long but I am very happy to have them in my arsenal of tools that I need to manage my EDS.I also had a nice email exchange with the president of US distribution when I found out they are located very close to me, she was very friendly, and they got my crutches shipped out right away! I recommend them for anyone who has issues using traditional crutches due to hand or shoulder instability.

DO NOT PURCHASE Product Malfunctioned After 4 Weeks - Refused to Resolve
Great crutches. The optimal brand for my multiple disabilities. The second set I purchased after three years. The first pair did not have any issues, and I must have these to walk. So I’m a heavy user.Within four weeks the rubber grip on the right handle started to slip off every time I used them. Within 10 steps it would begin to slip off and became a distraction. I have to stop and push the grip back into place. If I’d don’t it will slip further and becomes dangerous. The crutch’s designate right and left which is a great feature because each stick is tailored to each side of my body. This happens to the right stick and just a little on the left.So I contact Amazon and the seller 4 times and explained these are now dangerous for me to use. Although Amazon has their A-Z guarantee it was a joke and useless. Although the site said that I have until 01/25/2025 to return the items it was a lie. When I tried to do a return after the 1st of 4 unsatisfactory customer service interactions the click through said I couldn’t return them and had to contact the seller. After I contacted the seller 2 times I was told that “sometimes this happens for many different reasons so go to the hardware store and buy some epoxy and that may solve the problem. So they blamed me for the product malfunction and put it on me to fix what they admitted was as a common defect in a critical healthcare product that puts people at risk of falls and injuries when they use it. Would not stand behind product or warranty. Both the provider and Amazon. Oh and be careful because if you use epoxy you’ve effectively invalidated the warranty and now they have another reason to do nothing. This product can be a health hazard and the company will not resolve problems. Now it has become dangerous.

The Best Crutches I've Ever Used
I have a hypermobility disorder, and these have been amazing. My arm joints usually get punished when I use crutches, but these have significantly increased how long I can use crutches before my arms begin to have pain/discomfort. - They also came with foam padding for the arm cuff wings you can choose to add or not. They're definitely the most comfortable crutches I've ever used by a long shot. It's very easy to adjust the angle of the forearm area.My size specs: 5'7", narrow (9") arm cuff, 7.5' - 9" forearm lengthI got a box that says "medium" on itMy height is right between pins. one pin up is a little too short and one pin down is a hair too tall (but that's very nitpicky)Even adding the foam padded wings, the arm cuffs are so big my arm slides right through the top (I like to be able to let my crutch dangle from my arm if I'm using a hand, so if you have thin arms and like to do this too, you may have this issue)Perhaps I didn't get the right sized arm cuff?aesthetically very nice, the metal is all black coated and the sticker on the arm area is very nice quality. "Sleek" looking. The one part I *really* dislike is the advertising text on the arm area.... it ruins the pretty design. The spring tips are great for a more fluid motion, they are a little less stable in comparison to the standard tip (which still has great flex to it)
