OK here’s the scoop on these mugs. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them, they look like they’re very well made, good lids, everything works as advertised. OK here’s the bad part of the review, I wanted 20 ounce. When I order 20 ounce I expect to get 20 ounce mugs. Although on the box it says 20 ounce clearly, measuring carefully with a Cuisinart beaker, these mugs hold only 16 ounces, maximum.

Finally I found stainless steel tumblers the right size for straws that have a lid that stays secure. These cute water hot or cold for hours. Highly recommend I just ordered another set of four.

We customized these for Christmas gifts. I love that they are smooth, have no logo, and have a gradual slope on the sides. Perfect for crafts! The lids fit nice and snug and they seem to keep drinks cold for a long time!! Can't wait to use them on vacation.

Great tumbler, I just wish I had paid more attention to the lid. These do not have closure around the lid opening. But otherwise, they are wonderful

Seems to allow coffee in around the outer rim when you drink from it which in turn then leaks the coffee down the outside of the cup. Thought maybe it was me but it does that with all of them
