It’s absolutely beautiful and easy to use. I use it without the filter as a regular teapot and absolutely love the quality. Very high class!I must also compliment the team- my first pot was delivered with a crack - not their fault as it’s packed very security but think the Amazon deli every just tumbled it onto its side as I was not home. They immediately replaced and I am now happily enjoy this great teapot and getting compliments for it by family and friends!

The media could not be loaded. I used first every morning for my detox tea, is very handful to and beauty sit in the kitchen. If you’re tea person, I would suggest you get the same one!!

Met my expectations

Teapot arrived broken with the handle broken. No damage to packaging at all. Must have been packed broken

I was disappointed when I took it out of the box to see a tiny chip gone from the spout. I was going to return it but the postage was way to high. I have been using it and the chip has not affected the pouring of the tea. I am very happy with the teapot as the handle does not heat up, which leaves it great to lift off the cooker.

I am very pleased with the pot. Very comfortable handle and nice looking.
