Not what I needed

It might not be the right thing for me. People with anemia or struggling with feeding issues might benefit with it. It seemed to me that glucose must've been spiked, because it made me extremely endlessly hungry, Ina not normal way.

Unlike some Rehmannia 8 products this one doesn’t contain aconite which is proven to be very toxic and even deadly. I have been giving this preparation to my dog with acute kidney failure and along with a modified raw diet and a therapeutic dose of PectaSol C Modified Citrus Pectin his kidney values reversed to mid range normal within weeks. The ingredient Cornus in this Rehmannia preparation is also known to treat impotence, and my neutered male dog has had numerous erections!😫Update a few weeks later: Additional benefits are this definitely strengthens the bladder. One bad side effect for me is it was causing twinges in my breasts daily even when I reduced from 9 capsules to 2 per day. The lesser amount reduced the twinges to a couple a day, still a concern if you’re at risk for breast cancer. I suspected it was estrogenic and yes, research says it causes estradiol to increase, a whole study done on how it up regulates the estrogen receptors. Remarkably, 3 completely smoothed out the crepey skin on the inside of my elbows, which have disturbed me for months. Well this does, even at 1 twice a day. I researched it and yes, it affects the skin matrix according to the NIH study, the Rehmannia specifically for both the estrogen and skin. The study cited benefits for acne but said nothing about it helping wrinkles. I assure you it definitely does. Crepey arms look much younger. A total and unexpected surprise! The study also said cosmetic creams don’t change the skin matrix. I’m going to see what happens if I just take one capsule per day and will also try applying Rehmannia extract to my face.
