What is the length of the XL? I like to wear the shirt on the outside, not tucked in?

I am 6'2, ordered a large, and this is a GREAT shirt! length of the body of the shirt from ARMPIT to bottom of shirt is 18.5".

Are the collars reinforced so that do not lay flat?

The collars are not reinforced. However in my opinion, I have no problem with the way the collar lays. These are the most comfortable shirts and I now have 6 of them.
