Hard to tell. The flavors are not from certified Organic fruits. They are listed as "flavors", which could be anything. The adult size of this product has an "Unflavored" option, which is safest. The molecular distillation process is a vital process required for purification. Theoretically we could choose not to use molecular distillation but it would be considered a unpurified oil. A unpurified oil will never meet Carlson’s purity and high quality standards. There is a vaccum pressure that is used during molecular distillation which allows using as less heat possible to retain the omega 3’s.

An unopened bottle will be good until the best used by date. After opening, the product should be refrigerated and used within 100 days.
