Q: Can you still press the button that's on the rear of the airpods plastic case to activate pairing mode with this leather case on?

No! Everything else is accessible but not the button. It is a great case though.

Q: Ive tried everything but my AirPods is not coming out of the case

There is a small tool that’s provided with the case and inserts into the lightening charging socket and allow you to push the AirPods case safely. It does require some effort as the case is a tight fit as well as the natural resistance of the leather against the plastic. Resist the urge to pull in the hinged lid of the AirPods case as the hinge will not take much force to break. I have managed to remove the casing a few times and does get a little easier with time. But then don’t want it to be too easy and drop off during normal usage.

Q: Seen a few questions on here about removing the case.. mine is complete stuck on, despite using the tool provided.. help?

All I can say is that mine was a really tight fit, eventually I was able to remove it by pushing really hard at the base where you place the charger.
