A very neat unit. The speaker quality for voice when used with Teams, Google Meet and other voice comms is excellent. In the image you can see the mic is muted by the red LED around the central controls.Mute can be selected from the application or from the device.Very simple plug-and-play installation with my Dell laptop running Windows 11 (not tried on my Mac yet), also works as a Bluetooth speaker and mic for your phone (I'm using iPhone).Finally the battery charging from the device to my phone works well and there is a small soft pouch for transportation that comes with it.Definitely recommend it - well done Anker

Bought this for my mum so she can easily have calls on loud speaker. Crystal clear mic and speakers. High quality design.She loves it as can walk around the room while having conversation.Highly recommend.

Love this product for the Teams and Zoom meetings.Easily plugs in via USB or connects via Bluetooth, really really effortless connectivityThe sounds is good and clear with buttons on the device to increase or decrease volume. You can mute the device with a dedicated button, and it shines red to show it's muted which is a nice touch.People on the other end can hear us clearly, and I've had people on the other side of the office audible to the meeting delegates too.

360 degree microphone coverage, and a surprisingly powerful speaker, with accurate voice rendition, and a pleasingly deep and rich sound for something this size.I work from home pretty much 100% of the time, and spend a lot of time in calls. Wireless headsets are alright, but you end up with one or more really hot ears after an hour or so. Or I do.So I bought this. USB connectivity, or bluetooth, works seamlessly with Teams, needs no software or drivers installing. Take it out of the box, turn it on, and that's about all you need to do. Even on corporate devices which are locked down to prevent the average user doing anything creative.Comes with a carrying case so you don't need to worry about it getting scuffed in your bag.Other things I like - a big red unmissable light shows if you are on mute, and a simple tap turns that on or off. Sticky rubbery feet so the thing doesn't slide about your desk / conference table.You could even pair this with a mobile phone, and use it as the speaker phone.The only thing I'd prefer that isn't included is some kind of tactile feedback when pressing the answer / end call button. A quick vibrate or something.If only everything was this simple to use. Has opened my eyes to Anker as a brand.

This feels a very nicely constructed product, but the description is right to say this is suitable for small meeting groups only, as the volume is certainly adequate but not great. People on the other end of the call said sound was clear but tinny. It is very easy to use.

I was looking for a device to bring to office days when some of our team mates are not in office and this was brilliant! Very clear sound, no echoes and really nice if I just want to listen to music when at home office.

This is miles better than I expected. Its better than professional conference set that I used in office pre covid.
