This fan is sleek, sophisticated, and modern. It was fairly easy to install and came with great instructions. The fan has two directional modes and we used the one to push hot air down into the room over the winter months. Once May arrived, we tried switching the direction of the fan so push cold air into the room, and we had difficulty with the remote. We contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a replacement remote and receiver and worked with us directly to resolve the problem. Customer service alone should get 5 stars for their thorough help. We are really happy with the fan. The brightness is adjustable and we use the different temperature settings depending on season and what we're doing around the house at that time (working on a puzzle or reading a book? The really bright light is great. Sitting at home in the evenings? The warmer light is much calmer). The fan speeds are also really nice, and we anticipate using the faster settings in July and August when it's really hot. Overall, really happy with this purchase and we love the beautiful look in our home.

I bought this fan a several months ago but didn’t start using it right away. When I finally did, I noticed it was making a rubbing noise. Although it was already outside the return window, I reached out to the seller. They were incredibly responsive and worked with me to troubleshoot the issue. When we couldn’t resolve it, they promptly sent me a replacement fan. I’m thoroughly impressed with the customer service—I felt truly taken care of. The new fan works perfectly and is exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend both the product and the seller!

The fan works beautifully and the perfect size for the area we are using it in. The light is very nice and the remote is easy to use. The fan is nicely constructed and we hope to get many years use out of it. It was easy to install as well. I love the brass colored wall mount with the white blades gives a rich look! Would buy another one of their fans if the time comes.

This fan is a 5 out of 5 for fan functionality but the light is really lacking. The fan is great, super quiet and powerful. The light however doesn’t throw light around the whole room just downward in the immediate area. We put it in our primary bedroom and ultimately I regret getting this just because of the light. Would probably be fine in a smaller room or if you have other light sources in the room. My husband installed it easily and used the hardware the fan came with.

We recently built a new home and used these fans throughout the home. We researched fans at the big stores and on the Internet, and we ended up selecting these fans based on reviews and price. They work great and the aesthetics fit right in with the colors of our home. The controls are easy to use and the LED light was very bright which is nice. The ability to reverse direction of the fan was extremely useful during the change of seasons. The fans are small which is nice and still moves a surprising great deal of air. Even on low settings I can feel the air from the fan. The customer service was great too. They helped us with obtaining down rods to compensate for our pitched ceilings. I am very happy with my purchases

As an electrician I've installed many ceiling fans over the years, and I have to say that this fan was one of the easiest fan I've come across to install. Got it because we have low ceilings in a 1950's house and this was the lowest profile fan I could find. I'm 6'1" and can comfortably walk under it. Just can't raise my hands, but not a big deal. Remote paired out of the box, and everything works great. Moves air good too. Glad we found this fan

I bought three of these fans and installed them in a new house we purchased in Florida. They all work great, are quiet and move the air well as is needed in the summer months. I had a minor issue during installation which they resolved immediately with support and sent parts that I had damaged. The install instructions and video are dead on making the install much simpler.Great product, great after sale support.

Great fan. Easy install. This fan installs and works as advertised and looks great. The LED temperature and brightness are easy to control, and assembly is straight forward.
