Q: Does this work with a rack and basket

I don't know what rack you're referring to. The bike sits with the back tire in a metal, "C" shaped, horizontal track, and the front of the bike is raised until it (the Bike) is vertical. The bike stays vertical with the help of an adjustable metal bar that supports the seat stem and a strap that keeps the front tire from moving. I do not have a basket. But, if I did, it would be no problem as long as it is on the front of the bike. A back basket would not work. I like the rack and the additional floor space it provides.

Q: Will this wirk for fat tire bikes? I have 4.5” wide tires on my winter ride.

Definitely not. It doesn’t work with my 2.8” tires.

Q: Will it work with a 2.75 in MTB tire

I have 2.8in tires on my MTB and it did not work for it. The track is too narrow for the tire to settle in stable.

Q: Does the front wheel strap to stabilize the front tire come with this kit or is it sold separately?
