Q: If I wanted to make a Troll head would this once dry, hold hair firm enough to comb the hair without pulling the hair out?

If you embed the hair into the molten plastic, it should hold once the plastic re-hardens.

Q: Is it flexible or hard when it cools? I'm looking for a moldable plastic that stays slightly flexible.

This will be stiff, as a regular plastic would be.

Q: Will light shine through if very thin?

It will be somewhat translucent if very thin.

Q: I only need green. Do you sell blue and yellow separately? I don't need the other colors.
