Q: How to use the adjustable pillow?

For side sleepers, the loft (pillow height) straight out of the box is ideal, however, more can be added if desired. For back sleepers, we recommend removing ¼ of the filling for proper alignment, and removing ½ of the fill for stomach sleepers.

Q: What exactly is the pillow's filling made of?

It features high quality, freshly manufactured diced green tea memory foam. Unlike those that contain used memory foam or lesser quality cotton and polyester fillings, our green tea memory foam is new, never flattens, and keeps your pillow fresh.

Q: How to fluff the pillow?

Allow 12 to 24 hours for our shredded foam pillow to expand once opened. To get the pillow fluffy, simply press, squeeze, fold and repeat as needed.

Q: How to wash the pillow?

Both the cooling pillowcase and outer cover are machine washable and dryer safe. Simply wash both covers with cold water. Tumble dry with low or no heat. Important: Do not put memory foam filling in the washing machine.

AMAZING!!!!

Ok, so. My 12 year old son has been complaining that he needed a new pillow because ours are old, and it has been causing him headaches. I stumbled across this pillow, looked interesting. Being able to add or remove stuffing was different. I read the reviews and thought ok, I’ll give it a try. Reviews didn’t lie, if anything the reviews doesn’t do this pillow justice. You have to ACTUALLY try it and see for yourself. It’s amazing, the comfort, your sleep quality, staying cool while sleeping. I tried it out and took a nap with it. AMAZING. So, as soon as I woke from my nap, I bought 2 more. One for myself and one for the hubby. I would have gave it 5 stars. However the reason I gave it 4 is because I think it should come with a little more stuffing.

Easily adjusts, but compresses while sleeping too much

Like the smooth cool liner, and adjustability. I still find it compresses too much even though you think you have it just “perfect” when you go to sleep. Pretty decent pillow though, I’m happy, but going to over stuff it just a bit.

clearly I can’t trust customer reviews

I will NEVER trust another review in my life! I will never ask anyones opinion or use the ask a question because the answers are false! clearly no one has ANY idea whatsoever what a pillow should look and feel like. when I opened the box and took the pillow out I literally said out loud is this a joke? with some nasty words in between! the pillow was COMPLETELY flat!!!! with maybe two small hand sizes of stuffing inside! I even asked if it comes with enough stuffing and people said plenty….HA HA HA HAAAAAA! if plenty is enough to fill quarter of the pillow case and it’s STILL FLAT! and will feel lumpy and horrible! i’d have to buy about $100 or more worth of stuffing to fill this pillow to an actual pillow that has some sort of loft to it! if i wanted to sleep with my face squished to the mattress I could have done that for free! and not wasted the $55! I am so angry and disappointed!!! i’ve bought about 14 different pillows and they make them so cheap and flat nowadays! not like back in the day when they were huge and fluffy and actually gave your neck some support so you don’t wake up with sore shoulders, ears and a horrible kinked neck, cuz that’s what i’m paying for with all this crud! hundreds and hundreds of dollars to be in constant pain and uncomfortable

Odorless? No, it reeks of a chemical smell.

This is advertised as odorless foam, but the pillow has a very strong chemical odor. It smells just like Windex. I was looking forward to using the pillow tonight, but now I have to find a way to get this smell out first. I will update my review and score if anything changes.So after sitting it in a room for two days with just the first pillow case on it, it still smelled. But I put on the second and third cases, and then my own pillow case over it all. And I don't smell the odor through the 4 cases. I raised my score, will update again as necessary.

Very good

I love the pillow especially because I can add or remove the inside. Since I am a back sleeper these days (shoulders injury) had to remove 1/4 as recommended and it's perfect. It feels soft but it actually adjusting to the shape. I have no headache waking up in the morning which I used to have with my old pillows. And it doesn't lose the shape. Very comfortable.
