Didn't get what I ordered

What I ordered is not what I got. I got portrait/side opening cards (not bottom opening cards) that are NOT chevron. They're just striped. They're okay, but certainly not what I ordered or even wanted. Oh well, they'll get the job done. I just wish I had got what I paid for.
