Best comfort!
I looked high and low for a simple silk mask like this, and found sleeplush from the review section of another mask! It sucks that when I search for sleeping mask this was not on the front page. It is very uncomfortable to wear, no light got in whatsoever (which is a big YAY because the sun rises so early now), the strap is also covered so you don't feel it carving into your skin. My only qualm with this is probably strap adjustment (was a bit clunky to adjust), but other than that it's perfect! Only used it 1 night but I've already recommended to a friend who's having similar trouble sleeping.

Comfortable and lightweight
Very comfortable and nice the the strap is adjustable and the plastic tab is covered by the scrunched silk piece on the strap. Doesn’t move around much but better for back sleepers than side or stomach sleepers

Great for those who work nights.
Sleeping in the daytime can be difficult for many of us. This lightweight, comfortable mask helps block the light. The provided carrying bag is great when you travel. On the downside, the one I received did not have an adjustable strap. I contacted the seller and he suggested a way to adjust the strap that didn't work. Fortunately for me, the strap fit me just fine. I may have received a defective product but it works just fine as it is so I didn't return in and request a new one.

Perfect, sleek mask for nightly use
I use a mask every night because I have post-lasik dry eyes. Some masks for this purpose are bulky, and I prefer something sleek but not too thin. This is great- it has enough filling to be comfortable against my face, but not so much that it hinders me laying on my side on the pillow. Overall, it's comfortable, well-constructed, and seems like it will last a long time! Completely blocks out light, and comes with a lovely little carrier bag for it.

Elastic band stretches out and loses elasticity after a few weeks of use
The mask worked well for the first few weeks I used it and it did a good job of blocking out light along with providing good overall coverage of the eye area (covered a larger surface area than most masks.) It is also soft and comfortable. However, after a few weeks of use, the elastic band that keeps the mask securely in place lost its elasticity and stretched out completely so that mask cannot be secured and no longer stays in place. It's pretty much impossible to use a sleep mask if you can't keep it on your face, so now it's completely unusable. For the price paid, the mask should have last longer than a few weeks. (The free and cheap sleep mask I got from the doctor's office has lasted me 2 years and still has nothing wrong with it.) This one will be going in the trash and I'll have to look for another option now.UPDATE: Finally found a sleep mask that I enjoy much better than this one. Get an Alaska Bear sleep mask with the adjustable strap. I've had the Alaska Bear mask for almost 2 years now and it's still going strong—just as good as the first day as I used it and no stretching out of the strap.

Soft, but can be uncomfortable
I bought this and 2 other brands and I will review those also. This comes in a very nice box with ear plugs and a bag to carry it in. The material is soft as other people said in their reviews. However, I found it difficult to “fit” my head due to the covering over the stretch band. The material is for comfort, but after adjusting it to fit, it was hard to put it over the metal piece where you adjust the band.During the nights I used this, it stayed on and I am a hard sleeper. Meaning, I toss and turn, flip and flop trying to get comfortable. So when it didn’t move, I was happy to say the least. Now, for the fit to not be tight to where while wearing it I couldn’t open my eyes I did a trick I put my reading glasses on then put the mask on and adjusted it to fit. It worked for me and did not stretch over my eyes to where I couldn’t open my eyes. However, although it stayed in place for some reason the bridge of my nose still let a little light in. Now, for me that isn’t a deal breaker because it fits well above my eyebrows, and I can pull it down further without it affecting coverage up higher. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because since it is so soft, the “stuffing” shifted; perhaps if it were quilted it would stay in place. It made me think of a comforter that the inside shifts. The 2nd reason is because since I was unable to get the band covering back over the band, the metal piece was right where when I laid on my right side, the metal piece dug into my skin and gave me a nasty headache. If you can’t use it a little loose, you may find that it does “press” against your eyes to where you cannot blink. If you use eye ointment at night for dry eye issues, I would try these, but with advice that I wear mine loose. If I wore it tighter then my ointment would be all over the inside. Other than those 2 issues, for my use, it was great.I wore the band under my hair also and had no issue getting tangled and my hair in right above my chest, so it’s not long, but it isn’t shoulder length either.I have not tried the ear plugs, so I cannot give a review on those. This review is all mine and I was not compensated by Amazon, the seller, or any affiliate. This review is my honest review of the item.

It will stain your bedding.
Updated review:Yes, the mask looks well made and it's soft and effective. But unless you have matching black bedding, DO NOT BUY. I initially liked this mask very much. But after a few months and a ruined set of expensive sheets and pillow cases, I would not be comfortable recommending this sleep mask. If there is any moisture in your hair, the black will bleed into your bedding. Any moisture at all, even from a shower 2 hrs ago - I'm not talking about wet hair. And also if your moisturizer has not fully absorbed into your skin, it will make the black mask bleed. I've been treating my favorite pink sheets with stain remover and it helped some. But it happened again last night. My pillow has a fresh new black streak. I'm tired of it and I feel like I've wasted my money.--------I'm happy with this mask. A few times I've actually been surprised at how sunny and bright my room was in the morning and I didn't realize until I moved the mask off my eyes. This provides total blackout and it's very soft.
