First, discover, add and find the device on your computer… You have to go to Avaya Workplace and go under user preferences and find the headset device and connect…connects immediately…. Great sound, cozy ear phones… preferred these over the one eared coz the t band gets stuck to my hair…

Why does the headset not stay muted when calls come in?

Your mic stays muted until you press the mute button again. Speakers do not mute. The mute button is located on the microphone
