Will this help a 92 year old woman with a severely rounded back? You could probably set a drink on it. Its pretty bad.

Can you sleep with this?

No, this you just use for 15 mins a day. I've also found what helps me immensely is to raise your computer screen as high as it goes so your natural way of looking at your screen is up. That automatically makes you curve your neck. I added a pack of paper underneath the screen so I am always looking up.
