Smart Water Cart Plus

The product is as advertised. I love being able to scoop out the water with a large watering can. I bought it to leave under a gutter with a rain chain. I purchased the product for that purpose. One of the bars was slightly bent, so putting it together was more difficult than it should have been. I would give it a 5 if not for that. Waiting for the rain to fill it has been the disappointment, not the Smart Water Cart.

I read about this item very thoroughly and understood that it was intended to transport water easily throughout my garden. I also read that it could fill my watering can much faster than working with the water pressure available in my community. I timed the time it takes to fill the container and am able to walk away after filling my 2 gallon watering can in less than 10 seconds. When it completely fills, I am able to easily roll this watering cart exactly where I need and either drop the hose to water an entire bed or fill my watering can quickly and easily. Being in my 60’s, I find this Smart Cart to be a brilliant addition to my gardening tools and the time it saves me is phenomenal!Those who look to purchase this item need to realize that the expense is for the engineering involved and if you want something that direct feeds from a tank, due to the need to create pressure, you will be spending a lot more money.I LOVE this Smart Cart!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this cart 1.5 years ago. It worked mostly for the first 9 months. I bought it in 2021 but they told me they didn't have the correct wheels (we were having shipping and material problems) which makes the whole unit lower and it drags the corrugated hose on the ground and it is damaged because of that. It should have 4 wheels because it is unstable and makes the water easily spill out. There should be a shut off valve for the hose but since there isn't any way to stop the water flow, you have to put the hose back on the top which is another lame design. I paid over $400 and I don't believe it is worth it.

Did not come with any parts to connect to the hose for spraying the water. When loaded with more than 10 gallons of water it cannot be used with the cart. The cart is to low to let the water spray out since it works on gravity. You have to hold the hose almost on the ground to get the water to come out. It was a disaster for our garden club. Don't buy this item.

Clear instructions and assembled quickly. Product performed well, but a bit pricey for a gravity feed system. But, there aren’t many options on the market for non-commercial products. All in all, well constructed.

Negative thus far. No directions were included. I wrote you and asked for them, but no response. There are so many Drew’s and I am disappointed and still want direction for assembly!!!!
