Very sturdy and well built.
Yet to try out on actial beach. However when assembled and loaded with 2 rods it was very stable. Edges were well finished and blue anodizing of high quality. Good value for price. I had no issues with leg spikes that needed glueing.

Delivery took a while but it arrived in one piece. Looks a good sturdy rest. It comes in a nice bag but once you get it out you will never get it back into bag. Bag is too tight and the Velcro came away from sticking on first attempt to open flaps. The spike at the end of one of tubes was detached and laid in bag . It should be glued in and tight.

Looks good, went up ok, stayed up fine, disintegrated when taking down. Bits falling off that were glued on, bits popping out of other bits. My mate was laughing his head off watching me. Basically I got to my venue with a tripod and came home with a bag of bits. Some assembly required!

The top end of the rod rest had obviously been dropped as it was bent over which meant that the actual rod rest wouldn’t fit so had to use a file which is a shame on a new product
