Q: Has anyone ordered this recently (2022?) and received a set that containes the non-stick 12" pan?

Yes. I got these mid-2022 and both pans were non-stick.

Q: Those that have this set, do you get scruffs on the bottom of it when washing in the sink?

I get scratches on the bottom from my electric stove, but I still like the pans. I don't worry about it because the pans were meant to be used and when the pans are siting on the stove you don't see the bottom. But it, use it, enjoy it, don't worry. These are quite possibly the best set of pans on the market.

I don’t recall. I returned the set because some of the pots and pans were stainless steel, and the product description led one to believe that every piece was ceramic-coated.
