Lenovo 4X50M08810 Lenovo ThinkPad Battery 61

I was hesitant to purchase because of the lack of reviews, however i'm happy with it. I purchased from the seller Liquid USA, and it seems like a genuine Lenovo battery. I've put a few cycles on it, and it is certainly 24wh. While it's odd that the larger capacity batteries are cheaper, I prefer to have the flush bottom on my laptop. I have a T580 and with the integrated 32wh i'm getting about 5-7 hours depending on my usage (I'm running Linux, pulling 7-9 watts with average use). Time will tell, but so far i'm extremely happy with it.

The battery lasts 30 minutes or so. The package did look authentic, with a lenovo seal and all that. I wouldn't straight up calling it fake, but it's either that or the product was defective.I did a calibration on my laptop with tlp and it shows a capacity of 30.5% despite having a very low cycle count. I'm very disappointed. The battery is not cheap. I should have gotten myself a new laptop instead. Either way, I would never buy into the claim that thinkpad laptops are durable ever again. If you offer the flexibility of changing the external battery, then at least do better quality control (or stop selling fake products, if that turns out to be the case).

use my computer all day and all night. A factory battery normally goes forever without a charge. But not this battery. No, this one you can plug-in for half a day, take it off the charger and still have it die on you within 2 to 3 hours. And it doesn’t give you a warning that it’s going to die, it just beeps at you and dies. Fun stuff when you’re working with money.I made the mistake of buying this battery and waited past the return date to use it and try it. I should have just taken a bill and flushed it down the drain.

Batteries were clearly used with a lot of surface scratches and were dead on arrival

This battery isn't much better than I one I was replacing. If I'm lucky it will last 90 minutes. I don't have a lot of different programs running and don't stream video. $80 pretty much down the drain.
