The entertainment value reading the reviews was worth the cost alone. Wheels delivered with flat tyres,lol. Handlebars installed upside down, lmfao. Please never shop at ikea.The scooter is no more difficult to assemble than putting wheels on a bike. I think some people expect a full toolkit to come with it. The supplied spanner just does the job at a pinch but a set of spanners avoid skinned knuckles. It’s perfect for my average 6 yo and will probably last him a few years. He says it’s harder to get going but the payback is, it free wheels much longer. It rolls up and down drop Kerbs without coming to a dead stop. Overall highly recommended for people with the ability to pump up a tyre.

I have submitted an opinion on another one of these scooters recently, this particular model is different to the first in terms of build quality.unlike the other scooter i purchased recently, the handlebar stock design is far from ideal, it only has one bolt to clamp the handlebars as opposed to the four hexagonal bolts on the other scooter which is a sturdier design.Clearly done for economical reasons because had it been made in the UK/EU, the four bolt design would be a standard.A shame really...as overall they're not bad for the price but build quality/safety should always come first!!.

Once built it’s ok, but the instructions were absolutely useless. The brakes are not very good or easy to position/assemble and the scooter squeaks because of this. It’s ok. I’d maybe spend a bit more next time in the hope of better quality!

Our grandson 7yrs old(bought for his birthday) loves it. Easy to adjust to height sturdy build, brakes work well Can ride it faster than his bike and is a lot safer than his other scooter that has small wheels and only a friction back brake that because of the design dose not work.

Very difficult to assemble, you need to be professional to collect it together. If I knew that it is gonna come in parts, definitely I will not buy it. The fixing kit which was sent with it is very bad and very cheap quality,The wheels need to be inflated, it means you need to pay money after finding a place to inflate it and sure after assembling this complicated scooter!!!I might return this scooter because it is very heavy for a 5 years old boy though it was written it is for 5+ Age.I was very disappointed
