Just what I needed
Very simple, efficient, easy to use. Came on time (needed a day before). Mounts well. Holds well.

It works just fine!
Drill it onto a 2''x10''x4ft piece of lumber and slap it on a wall with some 3/8inch lag screws (4inch) and it will hold firmly. This size of base will help with the distribution of weight/force on the wall as it allows you to bolt it onto 3 separate wall studs assuming they are 16 on-center.I have a 75lb aqua bag that I hang on it for boxing and I also have put my 120lb aqua bag on it with no issues. Just ensure to place it on a foundational wall.

Great addition to our garage, feels very secure.
Needed some bigger bolts to hang this and assure it was secure to the garage, but my son loves his new bag in the garage and it is super secure. Very nice and sturdy.

Instructions lacking, here's some tips
The mount works well its just not really useable at the full extension with a heavy bag. I feel like it would work better with a taller ceiling because even if you only plan on it being the lowest height possible you have to have enough room between the ceiling and the mount to slide it in place.Otherwise your best bet is probably to figure out the height you need the bag at then take 5-6 inches off of that because of the stretch in the spring. After you have the height and extension figured out assemble the mount how you want it and then mount it to the wall. This may be far easier to do if you fix the mount to a board and then bolt that board to the wall (the mount would only be able to grasp a stud on one side without doing this). There were also no instructions in the box just a little piece of paper showing what bolts to use for wood and what for concrete.Overall not a bad mount just really requires more than it should but it was way more affordable than the other ones I saw when I purchased it.

HOLDING UP!!!
It's working, had to get some 2x4 to hold up! I think its definitely needed for my Meister 110lbs Muay Thai bag

Easy install and use.
I did a fair amount of research before I purchased this. Went and got a 8$ 2x4 and 6$ in some 2" lagbolts. Installed and setup in about 15-20 minutes. I then waylaid on the back with some tie kicks and punches and ended it with me swinging on the thing like Miley Cyrus.Worth the money.Stable.Highly functional.100lb bag + 200lbs idiot = 300lbs of no problem for the thing.

Other uses too!
We really needed a good strong swing hinge. But the jib crane swing arms were really expensive! So we ordered this and with a little modification its exactly what we needed and 1/4 of the price. We swapped out the extension bar with a peice of metal racking, so ours is now a 4' long swing instead of the 2' it originally was. And even at double the length it's still solid.Bc the mounting holes in the bracket are so far apart you can't get them all in a stud in the wall. So we mounted a 8" board first to the stud then mounted the swing arm to the stud board. It's jot going anywhere now!
