5.11 Tactical Long Sleeve Work Shirt, 100% Cotton Canvas, Style 72157

I'm about 5'10" and 200 lbs. I wear medium shirts but the cotton ones always shrink in the wash. Then they fit like a small. Does this shirt shrink?

Are these shirts so long that you have to tuck them into your pants? Are they roomy enough to not have a concealed handgun noticeable?

I'm 6'1, 175lb, 40 chest what size should i buy? Thanks
