Do I apply the product after I've fully rinsed my dog's coat in water?

I put this on my puppy two to three times everyday for a couple if weeks. Totally cleared up the mange. Wonderful product but it does take many applications. Good luck.

Really, Really works!!!!!!! Make sure the animal doesn't lick it. Also, the liquid separates and becomes thick so i transfer it to a tupperware bowl immediately when i buy it. Easier to "stir".

Can you use this product on human hair or scalps?

No! It is not labeled for human use. It contains pine tar, turpentine, sulfur, and tar oil plus more that would not be good for your scalp. It does have an unique smell.
