I bought these with some doubts. However they have proven my doubts wrong. They are good quality, compact and after a bit of practice, give me the curls I was after. I will be packing these for all upcoming holidays. A great travel accessory.

I wanted a small, cordless pair of straighteners to take in my bag when out and about to fix my hair on the go. What a waste of money. The instructions are one tiny page of badly translated information that doesn’t actually provide any help, and that’s it. The straighteners themselves are diabolical. They charge via USB-C. I have a USB-C charger with fast charging capability. I had them on charge for 45 minutes and they lasted all of three minutes before turning off. The blue light is meant to be solid when it reaches temp. The handle gets hotter than the plates! I turned them on to try the 150° and 180° and it made no difference at all. They still turned off almost immediately and never got anywhere near the apparent 150° minimum. Returning because they aren’t worth 29p never mind £29. Save your money and buy regular, cheap straighteners with a plug. These are being returned and shouldn’t be sold. Not remotely fit for purpose and don’t do 1/10 of what the product page promises. Avoid.

Recently took this on holiday & it worked really well. Handy for when everyone else needs the plug sockets but you need to finish your hair.

Not too impressed the plates do not line up correctly and have a slight gap which is not great for me with fine hair, sort of straightens my hair but does not last all day I think people with thick hair will struggle. Only last twice after a full charge. Plus size great size and weight for travelling with no long heavy cable. If I could have I would have sent them back and tried another brand

Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for, these are not the quality of GHD @ £300, these are budget low cost option. The plates don’t quite sit tightly together but they heat up quickly and twiddle my hair enough for me to be happy. Great for the gym & holidays, the plates lock together for compact storage. I would have liked a heat mat but as I said …..!!! Great price, does the job for me.

Heating power is 10 mins. But even if you don't use the whole 10 mins and do a quick once over, the rest of the remaining battery does drain so they are not ready for the next time. Charge takes ages. I have thin medium length hair and I can do mine on normal straightners withing 4 mins all over. With 180 degree heat on these max, they are nowhere near as close to a normal 180 degrees. Not worth it. Looks good but that's it
