Is everyone who complains about the length of the chain overweight?

Hardly and your comment is just rude. I am just a smidge under 6,1 and weigh in at 218. I use a belt to do serious weighted dips (currently doing 120 pounds), That chain, besides being too small to hold the plates that I need to be able to do my exercise, is a ridiculous chain that would do better holding a small cat. I modified the belt after going to Lowes and buying a good chain and a 400 pound carabiner. Next time ask your question without impugning the people who leave responses.

How is it for Sled pulls?

I wouldn’t recommend it. The chain is too thin. It can easily hold 90 lbs for dips/pullups, but I would think the chain or the snap link may break under the force of a sled pull.

How long is the chain

About 3 feet long. Long enough to fit three 25 lb plates on it.

I have a 29" waist. Will this belt go small enough

Yes. My buddy and I have a 31" and 36" waist and use the same belt for dips and pull ups.
