I have used the Mueller brand before with no problems at all but I lost my brace. I ordered this one as it looks well made. It works as good as my old Mueller brand one but with one major problem! It makes me itch! So much so that I have discontinued wearing it! The inside and outside of my knee itch so bad! I believe it has something to do with the buckle loop that the strap threads through as I don’t have any itching in the front or back of my knee. When worn tight to be able for the front soft pressure pad to do it’s job, I think those loops put too much pressure on the sides which made me itch and two days after I’m still itching in just those two areas! I have never had a reaction to any brace I have worn before (tore my mcl years ago and have had braces for that) so I’m not sure what’s going wrong with this one. I don’t normally have sensitive skin either! Just looked up the old brand I wore and it’s a one piece design with no buckle loops. Buyer beware…

Soft padding and seems to stabilize the patella

My knee pain started when I wore a different pair of shoes for my ride, and unfortunately the cleat was out of position compared to my regular pair. Pain wasn’t too bad, so figured the next day the pain “like a miracle” would just disappear. I was wrong. The next day I went out after a few pedal strokes I was feeling it. So decided to purchase this brace to try and see if it would help. 3 days later I went out again(with the knee brace in my jersey pocket), knee was feeling fine, but after 20 or so miles started hurting again. At this point I put the brace on. It helped a little bit, but not much. I had read that it’s probably more of a preventive measure, and I’ll have to agree with that. 5 days later went out again(without it on), and after 20 miles it felt fine, but I put the brace on as a preventive measure as we were about to start a considerable amount of climbing. It worked. Finished the day with 0 pain. Went out again 4 days later, did 50 hard miles with the brace on from the beginning, and again 0 pain. 4 days later was the real test. Did a ride that was 104 miles with about 10,000 feet of elevation gain. Put the brace on from the beginning of the ride just to be safe. I’m happy to say, I finished the ride with 0 pain from my knee. The brace is pretty comfortable, and feels high quality. Highly recommended. Probably best used for preventive or for rehab use.

With a product like this, I feel like everyone has a different body shape and what doesn't work well for one person may be perfect for someone else. With that said, I will not make a recommendation one way or another, but will simply state that this didn't work for me.The issue I had was that the scratchy part of the Velcro irritated the back of my knee when my knee would flex and the strap itself tended to work itself out of position with frequent movement. For background, I purchased this to provide patella stabilization while cycling. As I would pedal, it would rub as indicated above and eventually worked its way out of position and would end up where it was completely ineffective. My physiology may be different than yours, so it may work for you, where it didn't for me.

I love the color of this band and the support it provides. I do wish the products logo was printed on rather than glued on - as it adds bulk, but most companies seem to do it

Mir gefällt es super.Entlastet mega gut.Nach einer gewissen Zeit klemmt es natürlich an den beiden. Hinten besonders in den kniekehlen.Da könnte man noch was besser Machen.

Lo poco que las he usado bien, sujeta bien la rodilla y se nota que el ligamento descansa en la almohadilla, te alivia parte del dolor si tienes que estar mucho tiempo de pie o andando, lo unico malo que puedes tener alguna rozadura por detras al rato pero es normal porque debe ir un poco apretado.
