Exceeded expectations - Truly worth the purchase.
The media could not be loaded. I got the product exactly as I intended. I often avoid buying things after reading reviews, but I had to get this one—and I'm glad I did! What a great product—it works perfectly. The finishing is excellent, and I truly feel it is value for money.

stopped working after a few months. warranty doubtful. company details missing.
After a couple of months, the product stopped working. the dial stopped rotating and did not work with either batteries or the direct power cable. i waited the usual rotation time as well to double check.it wasn't easy to trace the product company for the warranty either. even amazon had a hard time tracing their details. How they were listed, i cannot even guess. i am now awaiting an email from amazon regarding the same.

All the watch winders we ordered are working. But strange and disappointing that 1 winder order was missing.that means only 2 were received out of which 1 is defective. The price is so expensive, still Amazon is not accepting the complaint for return or refunding now.Requesting you again to arrange return and refund of our defective order and missing order
