Damaged
The ribbon was damaged when I opened the box. The plastic bag had a small tear and the ribbon itself has a 2 inch tear. this probably won't work in my printer. How do I go about getting this replaced asap.I'm not sure if I should try it or not. I haven't opened the plastic bag.I had to put a rating but shouldn't have. I have ordered this product in the past and have not had any issues.
