I will admit, as others have stated in their reviews, I was a bit skeptical and apprehensive to even try using these before sending them back. The box they arrived in was smaller in size than half of a single queen size pillow, and I had ordered two of the king size pillows. I opened the box and found a clear zipper bag, which contains the two king-size pillows in a shrink wrapped bag. They were about 2 inches thick when sealed in the package. As soon as I opened the bag that contained the pillows, The one pillow instantly started to fluff up on its own. I pushed and pulled it to open up the padding on the inside, and before I knew it, I had a beautifully soft, yet still firm, fluffy king size pillow! No exaggeration, my jaw dropped. I was so impressed. I then opened the second bag and the same thing happened! Instantly, very fluffy, but not too fluffy pillow!It may seem strange that I got so excited over a pillow, but come on! The last time I had slept all night through, without waking up with a cramp in my neck, I think I was a teenager. Like, maybe 13 years old! So, 20 years later, I think I have found the pillow of my dreams! My neck felt supported. My head felt supported. I was not positioned in any strange angles that caused discomfort. It is just fantastic! My significant other was more than hesitant to try these pillows with me, as he is very particular with his pillows. Within the first hour of laying on his pillow, he told me that he love them!I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone and everyone!

I'm always on the lookout for high-quality, durable bedding for the vacation rental properties I manage. I bought these king sized pillows for a new property I needed to "spruce up" in a hurry. With guests arriving last weekend, I needed them quickly and was pleased when they arrived on time. (Thank goodness for Prime!) The pillows were each packed individually in a vacuum-sealed bag, which made them easy to transport to the property. I was a little nervous about whether they would be "high-end" enough because of the size of them when they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when they expanded to full size as soon as I broke the seal on the bags. They are substantial pillows and feel pretty luxurious. They have a colored stripe around the edges and the covers are quilted, which adds to the premium look. The covers appear to be durable. I will most certainly purchase several more of these pillows to have on hand for some of my other rental properties. We replace pillows every two years at our properties, so we're always looking for good ones. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable king-sized pillow. They're exactly the high quality, reasonably priced pillows I hoped they would be.

I had high hopes regarding the cooling gel that’s supposed to keep you from getting hot while sleeping.In my personal opinion, there was nothing special about these pillows at all and actually, the pillow stuffing was very separated, I’m not sure how to explain it, but it felt kind of like what a bag of breadcrumbs or stuffing (food) looks like, if that makes sense.Didn’t really experience any of the cooling effect is it supposed to have?I read the directions and I massaged and kneaded and beat the crap out of the pillows numerous times per directions in hopes of making it work, but it just didn’t work.

Having recently purchased a king sized bed, I needed king size pillows and selected these. I like the quality of the materials and workmanship, yet it's the same material that caused me to only leave a 4 star rating. Once the pillow has been removed from the packaging and has fluffed up, it's a great size. The material however is almost airtight so when you lay on it, it requires some effort to reduce the air so that the fill is actually supporting your head and neck. I have a cat who loves to walk on my pillow to get from one side to the other and my head bobbled around like I was using an air mattress as a pillow. I wish the pillow fabric was a little more breathable, especially since I paid for a pillow protector, and the pillow itself is more of a defense than the protector.

I now understand why the reviews were so mixed about being soft or hard. It’s hard to explain. The pillow is soft but doesn’t really support anything in my opinion. I used to use multiple pillows but now that I bought a new mattress I wanted to cut down on the amount of pillows on the bed. I bought this and then two Casper pillows. My husband and I use the Casper pillows for our head and then use these to put next to us or hold while we sleep. It’s to firm to use in between my knees and to soft (not enough support) to use for our head. I like them but won’t be buying again.

Even tried fixing and they would tear in a different spot.

Update: I still love these pillows, but the stitching on the end (where the blue strip is) has pulled away. I have not washed or dried these pillows. After sticking my fingers through the holes in the middle of the night by accident, I just double pillowcase them.I have chronic migraines and have tried a variety of pillows, including a memory foam. These so far are THE best. They have just a bit of firmness, but surround my head in a wonderful manner that blocks out noise. I love that they come in a pack of two, one to sleep on and one to snuggle with.

I was really scared when these things showed up. They were incredibly flat. Luckily I read the instructions that came with them as well as reviews. The first one I fluffed by hand like the instructions had as one of the options. It came out a little lumpy but fluffed it up a ton. Then I did what a reviewer said and that was to pop them in the dryer. I got four king sized pillows so I could only do two at a time. They fluffed up evenly and are SO comfortable! I can’t speak on durability because I just got them a couple of days ago but my daughter (a toddler) will purposely lay her head down on these pillows instead of our other ones (our king sized mattress arrives tomorrow so only one of these king sized pillows fits on our bed).

they aren't bad pillows got them on the lightning deals... so far they are still fluffy been using them for about 3 weeks

Tried this pillow at a friend’s home and had the best sleep and woke up without a stiff neck. Love these pillows. Ordered right away.

I bought them in King size for a new move and they're ok. Since I am very picky with the pillow and mattresses I will be buying new foam pillow in the future and use this one for sham pillows to look good on the bed. But in general a very good product for a very good price.
