Relaxing and tastes fine.
Well we were somewhat sceptical...But my wife has been struggling to settle at bedtime, and I've always been an over thinker. We have taken it for 2 evening before bed and it's done the trick. My wife finished work at 9pm and was watching tv and had fallen asleep within an hour. And the same the next night. We both took 1 ml each at around 9pm. I will update if anything changes.

This is flavoured with something and doesn't taste particularly nice. Most hemp oils are unflavoured.

Im quite in tune to my body and this does nothing at all no effects of any kind.Avoid wasting money just eat healthy
