I have always used a Henry vacuum. For some silly reason I allowed myself to be persuaded to buy another well known brand. Big mistake. I gave it away to a friend and went straight back to a Henry. Easy to use, simple changing of bag without getting dust everywhere. I have a cat and the Henry is wonderful for picking it up, easy switch between hard floor and carpet. Great value for money.

Great hoover but I miss the old brush head that the older Henry's came with, this new brush head is less efficient and not as powerful when compared to the older head. Due to the new brush head that it comes with having wheels it kinda makes it harder to work with when the hover is lowered but nonetheless it's still a good hover!

The hetty arrived on time and in good condition. I ordered the smaller one as I live in a 1 bedroom flat. Also I thought it would be lighter. Luckily I was right and it is ideal for my small living space. The suction is good and it is easy to change the various ends that were included. Good value for money.

It’s seems the whole family have moved from Dysons to Henry’s’ ....as my Dyson broke I borrowed the neighbours pink Hetty and it nearly sucked the carpets up! I was ashamed as one hoovering nearly filled the bag!!I bought the little yellow one and it’s fab, it says on the box ‘12 million sold and most are still working’ . The small one does not have the high/low switch which could be a problem as it’s so powerful, but it has a flap on the pipe to reduce the suction.I think this is the best you can get for £130 and I’m sure it’ll last a long time.They have a very good reputation, don’t waste your money on a cheaper one.
