Q: Can you remove the water tank to fill up?

Don't buy this item, Amazon are selling used and damaged items and listing them as new. They are making it impossible for me to return this item during the coronavirus pandemic. I'm now £108 out of pocket with a dirty damaged iron that should be brand new.

Q: What cartridge do i need for the tefal fasteo iron. i just ordered some and they are too big. didn't know there were 2 sizes. please advise right one
