Such a great drying rack. can handle pots and pans and dishes. the extra pull out tray comes in handy and can be put away when not needed to make it look tidier. It's so sturdy when you have a lot of washing up! STACK CITY!

This replaces my old one, exactly the same. Sturdy, handles all sizes of plates, space for glasses & cutlery. Really very good value

A good product, a more sensible design than others. However, we had to bend the plate supports in order to make our plates stand upright, and the drainer doesn’t properly drain. For us these are not major problems, but a little more thoroughness in design could have eliminated these problems.

Its a pity the manufacturer never actually used this dish rack otherwise they could make a few changes that would make it perfect. Unfortunately it is only useful if your kitchen consists of large items: tall glasses, thick plates, wooden spoons and spatulas no larger than teaspoons. Utensil holder is useless: too wide for longer items which fall out and land on the floor. Why all 3 compartments are the same size is beyond me, why not one narrower one for longer utensils so they don't flip out? Plate holders are too far apart for our plates which are normal in size. There is too much of a gap on the sides so plastic lids and smaller items fall out the side onto the floor. The drain doesn't have enough of a slope so water pools and leaves horrible white stains on the black tray. Disappointing all round.

I was really sold on this dish rack because of the way it dries cups and the separate tray. For £40, I expected a sturdier product. It looks great on the counter, the cutlery rack is perfect, the mugs rack is fine if your kitchen counter is big enough (ours isn't). I decided to return it because the plates rack is straight and not inclined, which means the plates will randomly fall over each other and break.

I cannot express how happy I am with this dish rack system. I never even knew it was so possible to BE excited about a dish rack system. I'd fear I'm becoming my mother, but I don't think SHE'S ever been excited about a dish rack system.I had a simple human before, which looked easy, seemed simple... it was none of the above - difficult to clean, gross, and it broke after just 7 months!HOWEVER, immediately upon arrival I fell in love with this drainer. I even messaged friends some pictures of it to share my enthrallment. This is not a joke review, it's that good. The pull out tray... the angle so that water ACTUALLY drains into the sink. The raised height so that it actually is able to be taller than my ceramic sink! Glorious! My dishes are dry. My counters are not wet. And there is no mold in sight, nor will there be because all parts of this are easy to clean!THANK YOU!

very sturdy, holds lots of dishes. The additional tray is wonderful, I use it when there are many pots and pans, and then can just put it away. Much recommended.

The extra tray is a good idea for glasses and cups,sits opposite end of sink. Cutlery box is big enough for lots of items, and the plate rack area accomodates a six place setting with large and small plates.You can hang items on the side too. My wife likes it, mentioned how well designed it is. Packaging was more than adequate, arrived promptly too.
