Canterbury Mens Rugby Shorts

Sturdy shorts, good fit

Bought these for a rugby playing son, though we already own a lot of Canterbury sports gear - like all the other items we own, these are well made and robust - ideal for rugby and gym workouts. Sizing is important and our son (5' 11"), and medium-to-well built (Rugby centre), needed a Large size for his shorts as the Medium was tight around the legs and backside. These are made of cotton and whilst there is some 'give' in them, they can come up a little snug. Really pleased with them, and whilst early days yet, we expect they will last a few seasons in a fairly tough environment.

Comfy, good looking made with high quality material. Not for really hot summer days (30+°C)One minus because they absorb to much little dirt on them.Clothing roller is essential for it.Anyway I like them.Recommended.

Great quality, true to size.

I was looking for all-cotton shorts for the gym. This product is excellent: thick cotton, well made, well finished, nice fit around the waist some extra capacity around the thighs, which makes sense being targeted to rubgy players, so if you have thick thighs this is it. Definitively recommended if you dislike synthetic fibres as I do and are not keen on tight stuff. I wear large and I bought large, no fit issues.PS: I had written the above review when I first bought these sport shorts. It all stands true except my previous shorts were an L size, which was just about right. This time I bought an XL size (and a different colour) I think it is more comfortable. My advice, as an afterthought, if in doubt perhaps go for the larger size. Enjoy.

These things are made well and last for ages

Arrived prompt. But I have to say I could possibly fit two legs in one lol .really baggy on me .I'm 6"2 and 14st. I've been doing a lot of jogging and leg work at the gym . I can only imagine rugby players must have ginormous thighs .should of have medium instead of large .mine did shrink slighty in the wash .
