Q: Is the product supposed to have a seal? I received mine without a seal and had a little dried cream when I opened. I wanted to use it on my toddlers .

There's never been a seal on this product even when I've bought it from a shop. Sometimes you do get tiny bit of dried cream in lid, I believe its just from the natural bee product. Hope this helps
