Q: I ordered this in June just got it out of the box and it’s not working, I’ve plugged it into different sockets and nothing, am I missing something?

To switch the appliance ON, plug this into a 220-240V power socket, then slide the On/Off switch to the (I) position and rotate the Temperature Control dial to the number that corresponds to the heating level desired. Allow the appliance a few minutes to heat up. If after doing this, it still doesn't turn ON, then please contact your seller for a warranty claim.

Q: I have short, medium to thick hair. What heat setting is best for this hair type?

Q: Can I used it in Germany ? 220-240v?
