Hi, i bought this laptop, because in the reviews someone wrote that it is so quite, like fan-less. i have to tell you that it is not fan-less. i still hear the sound when watching telly few yards away. So far so good. please note, if you want to connect to a monitor, you have to buy a micro adapter to vga or hdmi, depending on your monitor. the laptop feels a bit too light and not sturdy. i also bought an external wireless keyboard for it, but it feels the response is slow to the keyboard. don't know whether to blame the keyboard or the laptop.

I like the look, weight and form of this laptop. But the touchpad is really awful. The right click region is too large, and cannot be adjusted or disabled. This means I will right click when I want to left click about 60% of the time. If only the touchpad allowed me to *only* use two finger gesture to right click - then I would be in control.The sensitivity for click and drag is also really disappointing. I would not buy this laptop again due to these issues with the touchpad.

Had some delivery issues initially.Once it was delivered, it seems great value for money. Screen looks excellent, very bright and sharp. Touchpad is a bit sensitive and multi-finger gestures seem unreliable, but it's not really an issue. Keyboard feels great to type on, and while the power button is on the keyboard, I've yet to hit it accidentally. Smaller size is perfect, it feels compact but not tiny. Performance-wise, it's keeping up as a development PC with some fairly heavy software on it.

It pretty well keeps its promise of low weight and sleek design (these, the 8GB memory and the .5TB SSD were my main reasons for choosing it). The keyboard is pleasant, but I agree with previous reviewers that the mousepad leaves room for improvement: hypersensitive when moving, but insensitive when clicking (tapping). Playing around with the mouse settings helped a little, but I still use a mouse sometimes when I need to work fast. The screen is excellent – I’m typing this outside with the sun at the back and I have no problem reading. The speed is somewhat disappointing (but then, I have already nearly filled it to capacity) and the battery life is more like 10 hours when not pushing it too hard …. Still – no regrets – I’d buy it again for its superb portability!

This product has been sold with a 12h battery lifetime. After just over one year the battery won't last even 2 hours. The customer service is atrocious hardly listening they just want to charge you even more money without any guarantee that the new battery will last more than one yer.The battery is inside no there is no way to but one and change it yourself, they want to take your computer -no guarantee tat you don't loose your data nor that the new battery will last longer.Don't buy it unless you deliberately want disappointment

The battery life on this was a real plus - I easily managed to get 10 hours while running chrome, adobe etc at the same time. This dropped to about 7-8 hours after a year of usage. The only negative was the fan noise - which became quite noticeable even with light use. Eventually the fan in mine became a real issue as it was running loud all the time and I was issued a refund. Not sure if this is a problem with all laptops of this model, but other than this problem it was a very good product for the price.

Bought this for my son passing his GCSE's with excellent grades. Really want one myself now. Looks fantastic, quality is great, very light and battery lasts a long time.

I was seeking a lightweight, fast and reliable laptop for travelling and this certainly meets all of those criteria. The 1.2kg makes it ideal for flights and general use. The SSD gives fast start up and the keyboard is fun to work with. I have literally no complaints, it could have more features but then it would have been more expensive.
