Q: Is the USB case for charging the toothbrush ?

Unfortunately this isn't a charger which runs off USB, it's a 120/240V charger (in a case) which also has a USB output

Q: is the gum care modus just for massaging the gum, I.e. used after the daily care modus? Or is it a gentle modus for brushing the teeth as well

there are several modes the one for gums is basicaly for gums itruely recommend it

Q: What age is this suitable for please?

Our Power brushes can be used by children aged 3+. but we’d recommend a brush head specifically designed for children, such as Oral-B Stages, which are available to buy on Amazon. These heads are smaller than our standard brush heads and can easily fit in smaller mouths.
