Side effects out way, weight loss benefits
Took these for 3 weeks to lose weight for a family wedding. Fine during first 2 weeks and started losing weight, but also started experiencing daily headaches and chronic fatigue after 2nd week. So much so, I was unable to rest well at night, and exhausted after usual 30 minute jog in the morning. This obviously affected my mood as unable to do simplest of daily tasks due to exhaustion. Also experienced shooting pains in my legs, which made it difficult to walk very far. Stop taking tables and symptoms disappeared after 2 weeks, so able to do usual morning jog and weekly 7k walks on Friday again. I ordered a second bottle in advance but will not be using this again. So much for no side effects??
