Good peel
Seems to be good quality. I didn’t like the sliding handle portion of this product. I unscrewed the back handle and took the sliding handle off. Works much better for me.

Really nice!
Used it for the first time the other day. Worked perfectly, and the semolina slid out the bottom slots as the pizza slid effortlessly into the pizza oven. Highly recommend.

A perfect essential tool for homemade pizza making
This perforated-style pizza peel is perfect for homemade pizza. The short handle is great for moving around a home kitchen or using around a smaller oven (like an Ooni, or home oven).The perforation allows to use it without dusting with flour, so the bottom of the pizza will not have any burnt flour on it. It is also very sharp at the front edge which helps slide the pizza over it if you want to do it with one quick "move" of the peel under the dough.And on top of this, it is super easy to clean, and it is light.Bottom line: highly recommended.
