Hi Denise my glasses measure 13 1/2 cms wide and lens measures 3 1/2 lens so they should be fine if not send them back Amazon very good at returns hope this as helped you I just love mine

I would say brown. They give a better colour than the blue or grey lens in my opinion.

The lens is brown, the same as the picture. They are dark enough to keep sunglasses glare out but you are still able to see clearly through it. To answer really suitability for visually impaire difficult to say as it would depend on you level of impairment. Hope this is useful
