Q: I am going from bright red hair to light brown with highlights, will this balayage work or will I need to use it a few times to get the result I want?

I would recommend not using this kit for that. Maybe go to a hairdresser you dont want to mess it up.

Q: If to use this product but with your own brush, how is it in general? I presume this has not very powerful developer in a box. Is it?

Its a powerfull devolper but I found the brush hard to use.

Q: Is balayage kit going to work on dark brown dyed hair?is it jist normal strenght bleach, or is it more like a hair dye that won't lighten dark hair?

It will kinda lighten it but it will turn out more organgey than blonde.

Q: The pictures says sold separately. What other kits are needed?

I didnt need anything else separately, the box came with everything!
