Besides my beautiful crystal glasses I have on my Christmas table setting each year, I also like to have PAPER CUPS for the odd quick sip of something throughout the day, so I chose these cups for their lovely design.On arrival, I opened the box, expecting to see the minimum amount of cups you can order, but only received FIVE! (In the description it states 10 as the minimum).I then immediately felt alarmed that they were NOT sealed with a plastic film wrap! This I found to be most UNHYGIENIC and have therefore declared these cups unusable.I am most disappointed as the company states I CANNOT get a refund,but i have still requested one under my STATUTORY RIGHTS.
