As other people have stated: This worked better than expected for about a month. Then the nozzle would not snap into place and flew off the device when the power button was pushed.The unit had a 12 month guarantee so I tried to engage customer service as suggested in the instruction booklet. It was a hotmail.com email address so you can imagine how far I got.So far I have not heard from themDecember 08, 2023:Customer service reached out to me on December 04, 2023 after writing the original review. Apparently, they do not check the email address listed in the instruction booklet but do respond to Amazon reviews.They immediately offered to refund the purchase price or supply a replacement. I chose a replacement. A little while later they wrote to me and told me they were out of stock on the item that I had purchased and offered me the option to wait for about 5 days or they offered an upgrade at no extra cost. I chose the upgrade option and they shipped it out to me on December 5th.I received the replacement today, December 8th, and immediately charged it up. I just finished using the replacement and it seems to work as well or better than the original item.Kudos to their customer service for resolving this quickly once we were able to contact each other.I changed the rating from one star to three for their responsiveness. As 5 weeks seems to be the amount of time before people have an issue with the product, I will use the product for that length of time and update my review at that time.As I said in the original review, I was very satisfied with the product but sorry that it broke.January 12, 2024:The replacement continues to work well. The replacement model is M131; the original was M209.Recall that after the failure of the original product, the company sent me a replacement of an upgraded product. This product differs from the original in that it has a larger water reservoir, a 33% larger battery capacity, and no travel pouch.I use the product twice a day and get about 8 days on a charge. This is a little disappointing and I realize that if I take an extended trip I will have to pack a charger. But to be fair I have a cell phone that requires that I take a charger with me and this water flosser uses the same charging device so there is no extra charger required for me.Speaking of the amount of days that I get out of a charge, this unit has three LED's on the handle that show at a glance how much charge is left. Unfortunately, it is not completely accurate and the only indication that I have that the charge is insufficient is that it stops pumping in the middle of use. Not a big deal now that I know I will only get 8 days on a charge.I upgraded this review by one star for the fact that the replacement is still working but cannot give it 5 stars due to what I consider a lack of battery capacity.May 31, 2024:The replacement continues to work well. I just had a checkup with my dentist and it was the best one that I had ever gotten. I credit that, in large part, with the water flosser.I've upgraded the review to the highest rating as the device is still working and have had no issues with it after 6 months of continuous use.

The Digital Flosser arrived promptly as promised. It's easy to use, although I had to go out and buy the connecting cord so I could recharge it by plugging it in. The previous model lasted a year, then died. But that one came with a cord. So clearly the company is cutting back on what it will provide with this flosser. I may look for a different company for my next one.

Upon receiving this item ,i unpacked and placed on charge. Thought i would let it charge while i went to work. When i got home some 11 hours later it was still charging. The last of the 4 charging lights was stil blinkng. Unplugged,and re plugged and 2 hours later still blinking. Thought i would try it anyway. I filled the tank with water and closed it up. Holding it in my hand and manuvering it around it started leaking when tipped sideways. So i took it into the shower to try it where it wouldnt make a mess. I brush my teeth while in the shower so the leaking although not proper wasn't the end of the world. Turned it on to use and before the tank was emptied, the power ran out and the unit shut off. Giving it the benefit of the doubt i put it back on charge to try again. This time it appeared to take a full charge per the instructions. Whlie trying it again, still with the leak , the end result was the same. Dead battery before dispensing one tank of water and an internal leak. I am uncertain about trying another one and now i have to spend my time to return it to get a refund. What a horrible experience ! I reached out to the manufacturer via the email provided and have had ZERO response. So , here 3 weeks later i did hear from the manufacturer. I dont know if they are responding to my review or my request for customer service.They offered an apology and a full refund which i accepted. Guess i will dismantle it so that i can dispose of the lithium battery properly. I guess when i am ready to try a water flosser again i will have to spend more on a better model. When this one did work it seemed to do ok. Just made a mess doing so.

This is my second water flosser, after using an old waterpik for years. Even on soft mode, this thing hits super HARD. It's taking a bit of getting used to, but it definitely does work, and my teeth definitely feel cleaner than they do after normal flossing. I really like the different attachments, too. The bowl shaped one really helps mitigate the super high pressure. At first I didn't notice the little button on the front of the unit for removing attachments, but once I did, it became quite easy to swap them out.Battery life seems good so far, but I also only use it for a minute or two at a time. I do love that it's USB-C charging, so it can share a charger with most of my other tech gadgets. It's also easy to fill and simple to operate. Very straightforward.I'm skeptical about traveling with this. It is quite bulky, so I might find myself opting for regular floss if i'm trying to be space efficient. The little travel bag is a nice touch.All in all, this water flosser is a great value for the price.

Key fob fits wonderfully. I will just keep it in this package for the rest of its life. So when I go surfing it stays in my pocket and unsolen from the thieves

I have only been using this for a little while so far so good and at a very reasonable price

it only last me 7 months and it wasn’t turn on at all i thought it was dead i charged it all night and still want come on so for 7 months i guess i got my money worth
