Does this come with a liquidiser

Mine did, but there are so many different packages (I bought mine from a high street retail shop) it is always possible some package doesn't. But my understanding is that liquidiser is a standard with these, plus the two beaters (and maybe even the bread dough beater). There is an accessory which is a beater that has a rubber type coating that my sister bought for me - it is really really worth getting as it always forces the beater onto the bottom of the bowl and makes mixing say butter and sugar much more effective.

does this machine have metal gears?

Part metal part nylon, I service mine myself. I had one for over 15 years and the gears never failed. Old one was looking tired so I gave it away and bought same again. Plus, they are available on Amazon as spares if needed (Along with Kenwood Grease)
