This is a great idea and works well for a while. I love the design and the wall mount option for this washer. It is exactly what i was looking for.I used this product carefully to wash my car, only twice a week and and it lasted less than 5 months and the struggle to get a refund after that was REAL. Outside of the amazon refund window ( I think 3months) the item failed. Getting through to anyone was a nightmare and eventually I was told the only option was to send it back for repair.Without the original packing this was a struggle and costly. After this I received no contact for approx 3 weeks and i asked amazon to step in again and had to wait another couple of weeks for a refund ( which was a blessing).I would love to have another biut won't risk this product or the headaches again. Shame.....

I’m living in the middle of nowhere and the nearest car wash is 10 miles away so to get there and wash the car it’s pointless except if I’m going to shopping but even so I need to wait like 1:30h for my car to be washed.I used until now only Karcher but the mess with power cords with hose pipes and the machine itself it makes me to wash my car only ones a month. Trouble is in our household we have 3 cars and all 3 needs washing.But then I discovered this, oh boy, it changed the whole way of washing my car so if you’re reading this review forget about Karcher and grab one of this! And trust me, you’ll be more than satisfied and washing your car it will be a real pleasure!

I bought one of these in Feb 2023, it didn't last 12 months so I contacted Giraffe with videos etc, they replaced the faulty item for a new one and guess what, it hasn't been another 12 months and this one has gone exactly the same, it starts to make a odd noise, starts smelling of burning electrics then just wines like the motor is running but not turning the pump. Avoid at all costs as there are lot better washers you can get for the price you pay for this one.

I really wanted to like this product. Had thought about purchasing it for some time.Finally took the plunge.Unfortunately like other reviews on here, I've found that when the trigger is stopped the pressure is not held within the pressure washer it is sent back down in to the fill hose, which can cause damage to your house's waterwork/plumbing!Indeed it burst my £30 hozelock diverter/splitter on the first use.perhaps not fit for the uk market?Concept great, hopefully they can improve this ( perhaps by adding an internal non return valve )

I bought one of these last August it lasted 9 months before the motor burnt out, I was sent a replacement, this Sunday I was out the front of my property washing my car,the unit was on the back wall of my house, my girlfriend came running out to me to tell me there was smoke pouring out of it,I managed to turn it off ,if my girlfriend hadn't been there,I hate to think what might of happened!!

I bought this jet washer in November only had about 6 washers from it and now not working it has a common fault looking at all the reviews and mine is doing the same blowing all the commenters off all hoses nearly badly injuring some of the family I need Amazon to send me the address to send it back has I have tried to contact the manufacturer and getting no joy so I would advise not to buy very disappointed

Presure washer came on time unfortunetly it had a leak ,but i got on to girraffe and they could not have been more helpful they tried to get me a replacement as soon as possible but because of brexit to awkward to ship so instead they gave me a full refund.I relise machine came not working but these things happen and their customer service made up for it .thank you Doris at girraffe.
