Are these slip resistant shoes?

No they are not description says they are but no where on the shoes . I ordered these as I work in a cafeteria and have almost fallen 3 times in one day as they slide very easy. I stopped wearing them.

Can they be washed in the washing machine?

I do not recommend washing them in the washing machine. Doing so could change the shape of the shoes. Instead, use a damp wash cloth and baby wash to clean them.

I’m a size 7 but there is only size 7.5 will they fit me ?

Normally, it is ok for you as this is lace up. If your feet is very slim or wide, please check with us about details.

i normally an 6 should i get 6 size?

This style is slim fit if you are wide feet, please consider 6.5
