When I decided to buy a refurbished PC, I was quite skeptical about the quality. Rather than the brand of the PC, I was looking for a trusted supplier and narrowed down my search to the seller, Midlands ITR. They had answered my queries and that cleared my head to proceed with the order confidently. I ordered the i5 2nd gen, 8GB, 500GB HDD PC which is a total value for money.I mainly bought this for running Adobe Illustrator & little Photoshop works. To be honest, it works well with these software at a beginner's level. Apart from that, it caters to all my other needs like basic browsing, movies and gaming (NFS mostwanted 2005, PSX emulator, PVZ, roadrash).Sometimes I end up with BSOD which shooked me a bit, so I run some diagnostic check and try my best to keep the machine clutter free for a long life. I hope this will serve its purpose for the money I invested on it.

its working good. not noisy and fast

Bought to replace a laptop that had a dying HDD. Works perfectly for what I need it for.Didn't include all accessories as the listing implied (only extra item included was a USB wireless adapter), but I had a keyboard and mouse already, and just had to purchase a VGA cable.Better CPU than advertised (Core i5-3470), and the rest of the specification matches what was advertised.Windows 10 pro was preinstalled (as advertised), and works perfectly.Very pleased with it.

The product itself is excellent and great value for money. Works like new at a fraction of the cost. I initially had an issue with fan noise and the supplier replaced the PC with no quibble. Fantastic after sales service.

A cheap refurb PC with Win 10 installed, purchased for simple additional things on my network. Not fast, not quiet, once it's started up and settled down it performs fine for office needs. Can't get excited.

Arrived three days earlier than predicted. When unpacked the computer looked brand new. Everything appears to have been fully tested and came with an M.O.T style test report. A nice touch. Set up booklet made everything very easy to get computer up and running quickly. Only had it a few days but so far everything is running as it should. On that basis can thoroughly recommend Microdream as a supplier.

computer arrived next day but with invalid windows key

I needed a new pooter. Hung around the Amazon shop for some time, looking for something that would be able to replace another rig I'd bought a few months before, to use in my audio studio. Silly muppet who sold it on never admitted the PC had been through various Windows activation's, (I found at least four of them), and it could no longer activate.I was a bit cheesed off! This little Lenovo shows up. I decided to go for the 1TB hdd veersion as I have a lot of music files I like to hold on the system. Well, now, I can get stuck right in, grabbing audio software and making up a nice studio comp. This one automatically activates! I checked how it's done, and it's Kosher, so no hassles there, thank goodness. For a tiny footprint, this little computer has been worth the wait. I love it :)
